Worst Product, Worst Service centres, No spares

Quite some time back I bought a Karbonn SMART Tab


Though I was happy the time I received the product intact through Naaptol, soon I found the Tab quite often stops working( Hangs), that I had to have a cold restart. Later, I took the tab to one of the karbonn Service centre at Vellore and It took 2 months for flashing the OS. Again, after 2 Months (During jun’ 2013)suddenly the tab stopped charging. I took the tab to the same service centre. I’m yet to get the tab from the service centre.


I went to the service centre several times, rang them more than 60 times to get to know about the problem, No proper response. Service centre people were repeatedly telling the same story: "Placed Order for spares, Karbonn head office is not supplying us".


Companies like Karbonn are making lots of fun on Indian consumers. I strongly suggest people of our country, Please buy products with freely available spares in the market, else you will have to worry a lot. Spend your valuable money and time, just for these kind of companies to live happily.
