To reset ur ST10 simply click on start button with down volume key. As it’s first logo seen remove ur finger from start button and keep on volume down key. After a while a new screen will shown. Now with volume up and down key just take it to the option wipe data/Factory reset click start button(like used for opening it’s lock) then it shows another menu select on yes and after 5 to 10 seconds it shows menu select on reboot system now and click start button(like used for opening tablet is total waste of money, be smart buy anything except karbon product I’ll give you 2 basic reason
1)the product provides very worst performance on every scale a person can think form device. disappointment is the only thing you will get in return from karbon product.
2)services provided by karbon is the worst, since two years before I purchased ST10 and was in my hands for use about 3 month’s remaining time it was in service center for either software issue or hardware issue.
AS COSTUMER I AM VERY disappointment WITH PRODUCT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DON’T BUY THIS OR ANY KARBON PRODUCTit’s lock) and wait for 5 minutes then ur tab will work easily.
