Karbonn Service Personnels Are Very Bad

The product is ok, but service center and Karbonn support is an absolute piece of sh*. They are*holes taking their salaries home without doing anything. After about 6 months of usage, the screen of my tablet broke, so I found a service center in Pune and handed over the tablet. It has been 2 months and they are still unable to secure the part(screen) and replace it. When I call them, they don’t pick up the phone.


When I called Karbonn, some idiot picked up and asked for IMEI no. After that he claimed that the IMEI no. is wrong. it took a bit of pushing to get into his thick mind that the IMEI canot be wrong as Its itched on the back of the tablet(i took a photo). After which his response was to go back to the service center. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he disconnected the call.


I called again and this time a female picked up the call and repeated as above. I could clearly see that they are disconnecting the call on purpose. My 10K is wasted but with a good learning. Never buy anything from Karbonn.
