Last month I bought a karbonn titanium s10 from snapdeal . Phone was very good it had a very good camera and smooth performance.
But one day my phone suddenly turned off and didn’t turned on I thought that might be mine battery is low thats why it turned off then I charged it whole night but it didn’t turned on then I went to the service centre where they opened my phone and told me that phone’s PCB has to be replaced due to some reason I said ok but then they told me that I have to pay rs 4500 for it . I told them that my phone is in warranty but they refused to repair it free by saying that online buyed products are not covered in warranty so I have to pay the money. So I refused to pay and went away with mine dead phone.
Now also I have my dead karbonn phone which im going to throw in dust bin soon.
So guys please donot buy any karbonn phone.
