I am writing this review after eating food here yesterday night.first of all it is situated in a dense traffic area.you have to reach it by walking down the lanes of jama masjid.when you entered this restaurant you got the aroma of mughlayi dishes. the presentation of food is of low level.i have seen nothing great in presentation on my plate.the quantity of food is very low and their price is very high.lets not talking about ambience which is very bad.i have heard lots of positive comments for karim but trust me I haven’t seen any.customer service is very bad as their food service is very slow.you have to wait for at least 15-20 minutes to have your turn.and when you get your turn till than your food is cold.i had a very bad experience with this restaurant.this restaurant is a waste of money.
