I will always say that never go there not only because of food but also due to poorest of services I have ever seen in my life. The first time when I went there I was even when I was not properly attented but the quality of food subsided all their shortcomings.
But when I went there a few days ago not only the service was pathetic but the food was also not well prepared. First of all we have to wait there for about 15 minutes when someone came to attend us. moreover as we were relatively unknown with their nomenclature we asked the person their meanings. But instead of telling us he went away saying that I will come when you decide what you want to have.
he came after 15 minutes, this time he helped us in making the order anmd went away to the kitchen for the order. he didnot even looked at us for the next half hour and we were feeling that we are wasting our time in sittng here and adding pain to misery noone even served the glasses of water to us. My father than said lets move from here and have dinner somewhere else. As we started to walk the waiters came running and told us that the food will be ready in the next five minutes, it was only this time we come to know that the person who took our order had forgotten to tell it to the chef. We waited and our food was served in the next ten minutes but due to hastiness of the chef to prepare food the food was not properly cooked and it was raw from inside.
We still remember that nightmare we had at Karim’s and I will request that please learn from our expirience and never go there.
