Its phone banking is just below average.i tried to get OTP for several times but I did not get.and also I tried to update my phone number in bank and they told me it will take 24 hours but it took nearly one week.
Its atm service has nothing to speak about.it is just like any other atm services.
Coming to its internet banking, its a big confusion.i didnt understand anything when I first logged in.and also it is very slow.
It has a very poor customer service.its customer service is very slow.even they couldnt tell what was the problem to update my mobile number.totally needs to improve
