Karnataka bank provides the worst ATM service in Bangalore.Everytime you visit no cash tag will be displayed near the screen.Even though cash will be there you won’t get a transaction slip.
Once I visited to withdraw some cash and after punching my pin and amount the screen gone blank.I asked the security guard but he adviced me to wait for few minutes.I waited almost 10 minutes and left the ATM expecting my transaction got cancelled, but to my surprise I got a sms alert that money was successfully withdrawn.I rushed to the ATM as I was still nearby.Asked the guard about the same but he replyed me to visit the branch.I did the same very next day.The bank staff replyed me to wait some more days as the transaction data from the ATM was yet to come.After 5 days I visited the same branch again but this time they asked me the transaction slip.I showed the sms alert I got as I lost the same.They took about an hour or so and informed me that the withdrawl on that day was successful.They infomed me that money would have taken by someone else who visited the ATM next to me as those ATMs are not equipped with cash retraction facility.I felt really helpless, I didnot find whome to complain about.In that process I lost my hard earn 2500 which is not a small amount.
