This movie was announced in 1992, but was released in 2000 summer. The film has a nice story, average music album, and good acting by anil kapoor.

The film revolves around amar (rishi kapoor) a lawyer and seema ( juhi chawla) his fiancee. One day rajeev ( anil kapoor) walks into their lives. Rajeev believes that everything has a price tag on it even love. Rajeev meets seema and falls in love with her. Rajeev is also a friend of amar. Rajeev expressed his feelings to seema, but she says walks away from him. Having never rejected by a woman rajeev promises seema that one day she will come back to him, because of his money. The films story takes turns when amar and seema gets married and rajeev tries to break their marriage. This leads into seema and amar’s separation years later fate throws these three characters together again and seema now living with rajeev meets angry and a changed amar.
Rishi kapoor does a pretty good job as amar, he’s to old to do these type of roles, but he manages to carry his role on his shoulders. Juhi chawla was allright, I just hate when she cries, it’s pretty annoying, can’t she cry in some other way. Anil kapoor is the person who steals the show as rajeev, this is not one of his gunda gardi roles. Anil kapoor’s dialogue delivery’s are fantastic. He’s one of the best actors in the india.
