There is only one trainer there by the name of "S" who knows the product.They play games with the people recruited and think all are fools .
They never mention initially that the trainer is required to get referrals for their product which is expensive, and is not selling in the market despite them having business development executives to do the same.
Even the business development executives sit at home due to constant pressure from the director to sell the product which is expensive and not selling in the market.They have a two year bond to fool people, and people are made to pay 50000 if they leave or to sit at home and sell their product like a franchisee.
This lady " S" does not train the candidate properly and then expects her students to be experts in the same.
Since she is the only one who knows the product she hoodwinks everyone and thinks she is too smart for her boots.
She thinks the company is totally dependent on her to sell the product and they cannot chuck her out not forgetting her day will come soon.Remember one thing LMI, you cannot fool people all the time.
