I am a marketing associate with a leading software company. I was earlier involved in software development and was in a purely technical background. Eventually took keen interest in client handling and hence IT solutions marketing and sales.
I was on the search of executive education programs to fine tune my people skills or what they call "soft skills" in contrast with "hard skills" which are quite "technical". We were taught various means of motivating people and resolving complex team conflicts. All along I was trained to think technical - KITES taught me to think "people" - how can I make the best out of a given set of resources and meet and even beat my goals - while ensuring everyone is excited about it.
I definitely recommend KITES to all corporates who are interested in improving employee attitude, morale and motivation (imagine me , from an engineering background using these words so comfortably!)
It did work out well for our company.
