I am a outbound campaign manager for a leading call center in Mumbai. I recently attended an advanced program in voice and accent training and soft skills at Karrox. It was more of a "train the trainer" kind of program where most of the attendees already were at the manager level having teams that they led.
Our program was well designed and lead by a team of very experienced faculty. For one thing, I handle slaes of technical products and that does require providing sales training to guys from an engineering background. That can sometimes be tough due to the fact that engineers often have a mind and attitude of their own. And they interact quite differently with team members of a different bnackground. Thus, I was really looking for attending a training workshop from a company that is also into technology training. That brings in a kind of a quite expertise of having understood both techies and non-techies.
Some of the trainers were good enough to be heads of training departments themselves. And they were far from a having a bookish approach, it was very much of hands-on training - which I had experienced in an earlier training workshop. I also enjoyed and learnt a lot , being in the company of like minded BPO industry participants.
Will definitely recommend these guys to any training manager or program manager - for soft skills and call center training. Worth consulting them for training programs
