Hi guys, I am a online shoping freak. I have done shopping from many online sites. Kartbag is one of them.
1st of all, this site need some touchups. It can be made more userfriendly and more efficient.
The user interface of shopimg site is not that good. Many products are availble. But not all. Its a new site and still building up.
I orderd Bag from this site. The product shown in site and in reality has way more difference. Color of bag is faded, packaging is of average quality.
I contacted customer support for help but they kept me on hold most of time.
Delivery was on time but COD was not available for that particular product.
Delivery charges are much higher than others.
Overall it need to buckleup and add some more features and products it its line. And those products should be genuine and must look same as they are being deliverd.
