I opened my account in KVB, 8 years ago till now I don’t get disrespected by kvb. They can inform each and every time I credit/withdraw from my account. Whenever they want any document submitted by me they message me and giving time to submit the documents. When I request for online banking or any loan they process quickly and make easy for all. Eventhough all bank are full in working times but kvb bank was free and clean and they have good quality of user interface than other banks.
