Kindly beware of Duke Kashmir travel agency, these guys are not good and there they have worst customer support ever.
We seven family members planned for Kashmir trip in April 2014 and we make online payment of handsome amount well in advance. As planned we started our journey by road in the morning and faced many roadblocks because of heavy rain, out of many road blocks one was major and people were stuck from past two days in that with family and limited foods and biscuits. As there we no symptoms of unblocking of the road in April as well (my journey day), we understood the situation and immediately took a U turn and updated the same to Duke Kashmir agency.
Here they started the drama, they told sir, kindly wait in the same roadblock as they are expert enough and their six sense tells them that the road will be unblocked soon, when we insisted that it’s does not look possible to be unblocked so soon [even driver also said the same by talking to other drivers and local dhaba guys] and because of that we are postponing the trip and going back to Jammu. We also asked the agency to compensate the amount by giving us some site-seeing in Jammu. Now here the girl who deals with customers started screaming about more money and guided their cab driver to leave us on the way in case we are not paying money to cab driver. Some how we managed and came to Jammu.
Guys never ever go with Duke Kashmir travel agency. They are big cheaters.
