I bought Kaspersky Security version 7 for Rs.450 for 3 licence(DVD box pack). The dealer told me that though I had bought Kaspersky version 7 I can download latest version i.e. Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 2009 and enter the serial key of version 7 and it will work fine.
And it really worked fine, bcoz. Kaspersky gives license according to tenure i.e 1 year , 2 year, etc. They try to provide latest version for all of their users.
So it was a great deal for me to buy KIS for Rs.150 per pc(Rs.450 for 3 users) And its really working great.
I have set the firewall in STEALTH mode and so no worries.
No need to comment about the gr8 antivirus from Kaspersky lab (it is simply amazing, detects viruses instantly and also scans the web pages that we are surfing). The scan feature of Kaspersky Antivirus is provided with Heuristic Scanning (all computer engineers will be aware of this thing), u can set this field to Low , Medium or High according to your use of pendrives, surfing, etc.
