I’m laughing at the fact that this place has a 4 rating. They specialize in misal pav and their misal pav is just average. I would recommend Amba misal at rasta peth, any day.
It’s hilariously absurd, this place. There’s a big board to the left of the entrance that reads, "no two people can share one misal pav otherwise extra Rs. 20 will be charged."
Like what the actual hell?! It’s our choice if we want to share. What if we have come to taste one first and then if we like it, we would order another one? NO!
Then, if you are only two people, you will have to share the table with other two strangers, which makes it very uncomfortable to enjoy the food. And we’re paying for the food, not like they’re doing us a favour by giving us food. We deserve a good seat.
Then, the cup in which they get us the curry is directly dipped inside the curry and brought to us. When the curry on the outside of the cup dries, it looks dirty and that shows just how clean the people who run this place are.
They have no sense of service and misal pav. I will never recommend this to a friend. To an enemy, YES!
