Katani Vaishno Dhaba is one of the oldest eating point and most renowned in the city( mohali) . Me and my family visits this place frequently once in a weak and we love the fresh food which is served there.
Food and presentation - The food served at Katani Vaishno dhaba is delicious and fresh. This is due to many factors one of which is that there are so many customers on daily basis that no food is left for the next day to be served, so they prepare it everyday. The spices added to the food are perfect and not at all on any extremes be it high or low. The presentation of the food is also good as when being served it is not at all messy or spilled over the tray. Every dish is served in a unique way.
Customer service - Although the food is really good but the customer service is fine but not amazing. There are times when you have to wait for half an hour or forty five minutes for the food to get prepared which irritates the customer to the core. This is not expected from such place which is there for years and till date same thing is repeated.
Ambience - Ambience of this eating point is good but sometimes the place is quite crowded so one has to stand and wait for there turn.
Value for money - This place is a complete value for money as it provides delicious and fresh food at very resonable price. There are some factors that are not very good but these factors don’t overpower the prime thing that is food for which we go there.
