Kathmandu, also known as kastamandap is the capital city of Nepal. Nepal only has a single international airport and that is Tribhuvan international airport which is situated in kathmandu. Surrounded by hills on the four sides this kathmandu valley is a mesmerising city. It is culturally and historically rich city. There are many world heritage sites in kathmandu including the great Hindu Lord Shiva’s temple Pashupatinath, to the Swyambhunath Stupa also known as the monkey temple. Three durbar squares I.e kathmandu durbar square bhaktapur durbar square and payable durbar square. Another beautiful place is the Bouddhanath Stupa. It’s a cheap city along with many mesmerising placed. It’s is a must visit place once in a lifetime. Although due to the massive 7.9 Richter scale earthquake that hit Nepal on 2015 many old historically and culturally important buildings were damaged. Still it is a beautiful city to travel
