Kaun Banega Crorepati 2 ( KBC Dwitiya, as Amitabh Bachhan says) is the second stint of the serial Kaun banega Crorepati which had created history in the Indian TV. The KBC 2 has been bit different from KBC 1 in all sense. It is being telecasted from Friday to Sunday in the prime time slot unlike KBC1. As Indian people were looking forward to some serials to keep them glued on weekends too, the step by Star plus to telecast KBC2 on weekends has been a wise decision on their part.
KBC 2 has doubled the maximum amount that one can from 1crore to 2 crores. Of course, the standard of the questions being asked have also improved a lot. There has been an addition of a new lifeline called flip using which one can get a question replaced by another one.
This series of KBC also brings a different Amitabh from KBC1. He looks young from his dressing sense; his way of asking question and dragging the candidate have also changed. He looks more professional still maintaining the rapport with the contestants.
The episodes are a must watch for one and all. It increases general awareness and there is a provision of prize money of 2lacs for the audience.
