I am writing this review because I read a few very strong comments on Shah Rukhs style of conducting KBC. When will we grow up and learn to think out of the box? Why is it that we will sit and pass judgements ( often negative, critical ones) on anything new. It might be natural for us to compare SRK to the Great Big B, but lets just pause a second and look at SRKs performance in a objective fashion. Phrases like " he’s not a patch on Big B" have become too routine and mundane to be taken seriously.
I feel that SRK is doing an excellent job on KBC 3. I, in fact rate him much better than Big B in many aspects- his sense of humour, the ease with which he mingles with the crowd, his self fun poking antics, all make the show very entertaining and worth watching. I thought that Big B was a little reserved, arrogant and tight - a--ed in the show. I can identify with SRK much more.
So people, give the guy a break and let him perform.I acknowledge all his shortcomings- he is a ham, he pretends to be scared of his wife- but guys, just chill and in Jiah Khans words from Nishabd " TAKE LIGHT"
