I bought a Lotto shoe on April 1st 2014 from Kaunsa.com(order - 14850506220044) . Did not know they would make a fool of me - no puns intended - considering the date of purchase. I paid through my credit card and the email confirming the order, intimated that the delivery would be on the 17th of April. The shoe never arrived and after intense follow-up, I was informed, that too verbally, (no email) on May 7th that they will not be able to deliver and they would refund the money. Thereafter no refund was made and after a lot of follow-up they informed on the 19th of May( verbally) that they have made the refund to my card and it should reflect in max 10 days. the money was not reflected on my card and when I followed up on June 2nd, I was told that there was a "technical " problem and it will reflect within 5 days.
The money has yet not been refunded and every-time I pursue/follow-up, a new person comes on the line and promises that it would get reflected in my card in 3/4 days. Really bad attitude, poor processes and inefficient customer handling. I have now decided to pursue this in the consumer court.
