Few days back I ordered a YXTEL make mobile handset from KAUNSA and I had a very bad experience. They did not give me a confirmation mail, no tracking no, no courier details. No one from the customer care received the phone.
After some days, I received the parcel & I was happy. But they fooled me by sending an ordinary handset instead of my handset worth Rs.10000/-.
The specification of my ordered phone was very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note III & I received a very ordinary handset with very different specifications & cheap quality.
I registered a complaint on their site & requested for refund. Only once the customer care replied that they are contacting the seller & then they will decide. Now its already a week but there is no communication from their side.
They are not responding. The feedback system on the site is not working.I know that I lost my money for this cheap product.
Requesting all readers not to buy anything from this site.
