Thank you Kaunsa for refunding my money and now I am feeling relaxed. Two weeks ago, I bought a Blackberry mobile phone but they were unable to deliver my phone due to shortage of this product.
After three days I got a mail from Kaunsa:
"Due to out of stock of your ordered product, we are unable to deliver it and inform you that we are starting your refund process and will refund your whole amount within a week."
On the sixth day of mail, I got my refund in my bank account. I am extremely happy with their customer service, which is the most reliable for online shopping.
