I am the latest victim of fraud online purchase site KAUNSA.COM. Placed order for a Samsung mobile phone( order No. KA/164944/RK5MUSN1) and paid Rs.3531/- through credit card on 13th September, continued waiting for the illusive delivery. Promoted by a so-called software engineer Ashish Paliwal of Kanpur( ph: 9310006576), this is the latest menace of online stores.
I have lodged complaints under several forums like SSP, Noida, consumer courts etc. to recover my money apart from writing and talking to customer support of Kaunsa. Finally Kaunsa refunded the amount on 18th October to my credit card account.
I feel some corrupt sellers are playing with the reputation of this online store and placing advertisement with low price and don’t deliver the item. Kaunsa should be cautious if they want to stay in this field as they have already got bad names and people don’t trust such online stores.
