I have placed an order(KA\83560)) on 9th march for a smart phone. Even today they haven’t shipped my item. The customer care is fraud, when I called them on 25th March they informed me that they handed over to courier guys but they couldn’t deliver due to Holi festival.
When I contacted them again on 1st April they informed me that Item is out of stock at the vendor so will be delivered after 4 to 5 days. I contacted them today to cancel my order but the CS executive informed me that the item is already dispatched hence they can’t cancel.
When I insisted on Tracking details and courier company he don’t have an answer for that. My 14, 000 rs are at stake. Please suggest me where I need to complain to get my money back.
