I have made a transaction of 11th July 2013 through my sbi online bankin my transaction ref.no– Rs.1400- from (kaunsa.com) MIFY Solution PVT LTD, but there were no update from seller from 2 weeks so I called their customer care, and got to know that the they will delieverd my product after 1 week but till that they havnt deliverd my product..
When I asked to cancel the order and refund the money. I was told that they don’t have a refund policy..
