REF: Order no. KA/110780/8QAIT1HR placed for Micromax Canvas HD A116(White Color) on 15.4.2013.
DEAR SIR, This is to bring to your kind notice that I have placed an order for Micromax Canvas HD A116(White Color) with website https://kaunsa.com on 15.4.2013 for a consideration of Rs. 14, 990/- paid through my debit card. 1. That on 15.4.2013 before placing my order for Micromax A116 I contacted them through their customer care number 0120-4835000 to enquire if the Micromax A116 is available with them in white color or not upon which I was told that it is available in white color and I may place the order and I would be required to call back and book the color. So on 15.4.2013 itself I booked Micromax A116 and was provided with order no. KA/110780/8QAIT1HR as my booking id, thereafter I again gave a call to their no. 0120-2435000 and asked to book white color Micromax A116 and I was told that it has been booked in white and would reach me in 7 to 10 days.
That I again contacted them through my login id at their website kaunsa.com on 18.4.2013 and asked whether the phone has been dispatched or not upon which I was informed that the product will reach me by 30.4.2013 and will get dispatch details as it gets dispatched.
That I waited till 30.4.2013 but nothing was heard from their side they neither sent me the dispatch details nor did I received the product. That I again contacted them on 30.4.2013 and was told that it has been dispatched and I will get it positively within 4 to 5 days.
That again in good faith I waited for 5 days but nothing was heard from them so I once again contacted them on 6.5.2013 and was again told to wait for another 4 to 5 days.
That like any aggrieved person who has no option but to get humiliated by fake website like kaunsa.com I again waited till 9.5.2013 but as usual nothing was heard. Thereafter I again contacted them on 9.5.2013 and for the first time I was assured that I would get my product by 14.5.2013 for sure but I was not provided with shipping details.
That I tried contacting them on 11.5.2013 through their registered customer care number 0120-4835000 but no one picked up, I again tried to contact them on 13.5.2013 but still no response from their side.
That they have withheld my money. That thereafter I asked them to cancel my order for which they refused their customer care executive clearly refused to cancel the order and on the contrary he misbehaved and asked me take whatever legal action I can take, he was making mockery of Indian judicial system. Now these fake website owners have become so confident that they think they can get away with anything.
i kindly request all the affected persons to take legal action against this website by giving them legal notice or file a FIR under section 74 of information and technology act, 420, 417 & 426 of IPC.
kaunsa.com should be banned I need yur support I just need u guys to file complaints and forward me the copy of it. I promise u will get all yur money back along with compensation.
