This is a completely fraud website. I have ordered a camera worth Rs 12495.00 in September, 2013. The order ID was **Kaun/T162948/VXEVK1L9WD** but this website got failed to deliver the product & issued me a gift voucher of the amount paid by me then I again ordered for another camera via order ID **Kaun/T162948/9N8UDYBIQZ** and they again failed to deliver the product and till then it was the month of December, 2013 means I was waiting since four months for that product for which I have paid in advance.
In December, 2013, after a lot of conversation, they agreed to refund the amount and this is the month of end of March, 2014 & I am still waiting for the refund. Now customer care has no response except "we are coordinating with our accounts department." Now I am fed up & start thinking to take a legal action. I think all positive reviews are paid to cheat the people. Be careful from Kaunsa.com
