Till today kaunsa have not shipped the item.
Other complaints:
1) Phone support is the worst ever. I have done so many online purchases from other portals but never came across such poor service. Same goes for the e-mail support.
2) If the phone is received by mistake they will make excuses and will say that they will be sending the same by the weekend.
What can be done? Please help. I would like to go for a refund.
