Do not delivered the item on time

I had booked HTC one phone order no KA/123274/9VWV3MF0 dated 22-Dec-13, Which was delivered on 11th-Jan-14 at 19:00 hrs. After checking found the HTC once clone is not as per the specification mentioned in the booking details.Inform the same to the Kaunsa team on 13th On phone and on 15th the complaint was logged ion the customer site provide. But till date after multiple follow up getting the standard reply . as below.

I want the refund as this phone is of no use as I had to purchase new phone. I want Kaunsa to refund my money .
