Kaunsa is an outright fraudulent company and their only motive is to cheat people who shop online. They offer products at ridiculously low prices and attract shoppers.
Since they are out there to cheat you, there is no Cash On Delivery facility. You have to pay by card only. Once you make the payment you are trapped. They don’t deliver the product and keep on giving lame excuses for not doing so every time you call their customer service number that is if you manage to speak to one of their customer service executive since most of the time they don’t answer the phone or you hear a busy tone.
If you send them an email they will give you a very vague reply. All the good reviews you see here about kaunsa.com are fake probably written by people associated with kaunsa.com or have been paid by kaunsa.com to write good reviews about them. So don’t fall for the positive reviews.
I had ordered Ray Ban sunglasses on 07.12.13 & the order number is KA/205973. Before placing the order the delivery schedule of the product was 7-10 days but after the order was placed through credit card it changed to 15 days. The delivery date given by them was 22.12.13. But 22.12.13 was a Sunday & they don’t deliver on Sundays. Till today I have not received the product.
Every time I call them or send them a mail, they come up with some lame excuse or the other for not delivering the product. However I will wait for another week then I will take appropriate action against them in the court of law. I have taken print outs of complaints in this forum of all the customers who have been cheated by kaunsa.com and will submit them as evidence in court I am also talking to a lawyer who is also an expert in cyber crime to help me.
I need your support so kindly email me if you have any further evidence of been cheated by kaunsa.com at banerji.rajib@gmail.com. I will see to it that kaunsa.com is taken off the internet and banned permanently.
