One of my friend had also ordered a sony mobile from Kaunsa and after a month they said it is out of stock and will refund. but even after 100’s of follow up they were not refunding. they just keep on telling it will take 2-3 days. Then my friend took help from a site called https://akosha.com/ .
They will help to file a consumer complaint at a nominal price. So, anyone who is awaiting for refund can take help from akosha. they actually refunded in few days after giving compliant. without legal action they do not bend.
PS: please do not order any product from this website. Y take risk for saving few hundreds or a thousand? buy from flipkart/ebay/naatol/snapdeal. Also ebay for that matter is very good when it comes to refund. in ebay your money is safe at paisapay until the product is delivered to you. I hope this review will be helpful.
