Its sad to say that even now I did not get any confirmation on the product which I have booked on 26th Sep’14. Its almost 21 days and I have not received the product or any confirmation yet. I pity myself to deal with Kaunsa by making the payment at the time of deal. The purpose of purchase was to see I get it by Dusera. However, looks like Kaunsa does not want to deliver the product even by Diwali. I dont understand one simple point.


Every time I call the support staff they keep saying "tomorrow" never know, when that tomorrow is going to come and when will I get my product. This shows a poor coordination between the dealer and Kaunsa, irresponsible staff/unit, worst system in place, lying staff at support desk "just to finish their call"(support desk assured me on 7th Oct’14 that my product will be replaced within 48 hr from the time they get it and now one of the rep says its just 7 days by now and I should have patience and wait for more time) with no concrete solution and status given to the purchaser(me). I will never recommend anyone to shop @ Kaunsa and the tag line on Kaunsa website should be changed to "shop at your risk" than the current one.


I get no clue of any other source to escalate this issue and find an authoritative person. hmm may be the authority person is hiding due to such issues and being irresponsible is what comes to my mind or there is no such authority who can really look into the issues of the traders due to which the system is so lousy, leading to cheat the traders ….


I wish the e-commerce and industry Minister Nirmal Sitharaman to look into these kind of online shoppers who are taking the traders on ride by delivering damaged products, being irresponsible, support staff lying to the traders, misguiding the traders and high hold time in delivering and put a period for such online business units.


After going through all your experiences I found myself falling prey to Kaunsa.  However, I am not going to leave this F*S just like that.
