I have had good experiences with Kaya in the past. However, their service recently has been horrible. Nobody picks calls. Even if you call their helpline toll-free they keep creating service tickets for you but nothing ever gets done. I finally went to the clinic directly and made the call right there, and the phone is ringing...! The lady at the counter said Im sorry we must have been busy when you called. Yeah, too busy to pick 8 calls made over three days! Very poor management, Kaya. As busy as a government agency?
