The staff at Kaya Phoenix Marketcity Bangalore mis-behaved and treated us very badly when it came to returning the product. They promised to take the product back if do not work and in my case it reacted badly. When i called them, they asked to visit and visited but over there, they asked me to submit a cancelled cheque ( they could have asked me to carry, when I called them) and infomed that after submitting the cancelled cheque, refund will take several weeks. When my husband asked strongly "why is it so complicated"?. All staff came out starting shouting, abusing and about to beat us. My kids got scared and we left the product there itself and left premises immediately so be aware. They will be very polite and will insist to buy product and give all false comittment but if something goes wrong with the product you will regret on why i did this mistake of visiting Kaya. It was a nightmare for me. Never ever i had that much bad experience in my life.
