Horrible!!!!!!!!

The dermatologists dont even seem properly qualified. The standard procedure is to recommend glycolic peels + microdermabrasion to everyone who visits them (for acne related problems). The medication given to me was inappropriate, because my acne became a lot more resistant after having them.. it started taking more than month for the lessons to subside.


Besides, they continued with the microdermabrasion even when I had pimples. Ideally they should have waited for a few weeks , and increased the dosage of the antibiotics..and then continued with the peels and microdermbrasion. I had paid for 8 sessions.. and ended up having worse skin after 6 sessions.. and eventually didnt go for the last two since it was not helping at all.


This was at the Bangalore, Indirangar clinic.. under Dr. Ami. The manager and the doctors are present only to mint money. Not customer friendly at all.. And they charge a bomb, and are unwilling to stand by their promises. They change colours once you have paid up.


Very bad experience. I suggest people visit other good dermatologists. I had proper treatment after I left kaya, and visited another dermatologist at Manipal hospital. And I saved a lot of money!


it is an ok place if you have too much money and you are going only for cosmetic reasons. the clinic is clean and hygenic and the service staff is good. But never go to this place if you have real skin problems.
