I have been customer of Kaya, Whitefield since 2009. And have tried most of their services, from acne peels, scar reduction, pigmentation reduction, their products, and what not! I am done with their skin services and would never go for it ever!
In 2009, I started going to the clinic, for the acne treatment. Going by its name and the money that they charge, was expecting excellent results. They claim to have tested the skin type and recommending the treatments accordingly. And I waited and still waiting to see the results even after almost 7 years! I still suffer acne, and related problems even now. The lacs of money that they charge claiming many things is not all worth it.
I greatly regret falling for these illusions that they make by providing a so called "kaya drink" and "friendly staff"? [ be sure, over the years you will notice the difference in their behavior towards old customers, n they will easily reschedule your appointment for some one else, without even consulting with you or stating some false technical reasons] n blah blah.
They claim to have dermatologist who are well learned and know what works best for the given skin type, but its not the case. The theory they tell is all available on google and a layman knows it.You wont find that expert spark in them anywhere. In-fact, they just try to sell their packages, not at all bothering how it would affect your skin and its cons.Every time they provide a treatment, they ask to you to sign a consent form, claiming results may vary n you don’t hold them if it does bad to your skin.
I have experienced very bad break out, after trying their Q-switch laser, which they claim to have one solution for all skin problems! and when I went back n asked the doctor, she said, may be the machine is different, its a different machine in other clinic, really?!
They easily credit all the side effects caused after the treatment, to your stress levels or hormonal imbalances:) . Yeah, I know, how can a doctor help in this case!
Their treatments have spoiled my skin structure over the years, and it has become very susceptible and sensitive.
If you are really looking out for solutions to your skin related problems, try out those home remedies, which are easily available on internet and very very easy on your pocket. Trust me, they work wonders for the skin. You will see noticeable results without spoiling your skin any further.
Seriously, Kaya you are not worth it.
