Hello, I am hear to see if you guys can give me some ideas on what to do next, I feel like Kaya Skin Clinic just cheated me of my 12 thousand on the name of "Oh your skin will look rejuvinated and even-toned after using the pigment redution package". I went to the Kaya Skin Clinic in Galleria , Gurgaon.
This package was suggest by their very new/young/inexperienced doctor after she diagnosed my skin problem. The first 3 sessions were a total waste of my time and money with no apparent result in the color or condition of my skin. Its been over 4 months that i’ve been going to KAYA and getting their glycolic peels (PRP) for making the dark areas light on my face.
Every time I went for a peel they were very nice to me and they would assure me that I will see the results and I only needed to be patient. Its gotten very frustrating trying to deal with them now because my 6 sessions are over and the problems areas on my face still are dark!!. I saw some results but to rate them I would give 30% of the promised results.
Now they want me to invest more money to continue the service and thats a total rip-off. I told the manager that she needed to provide me with results with the money I have already paid her. And she gave me one extra peel (a different one this time-’cosmo peel’) and my whole face started breaking out with acne after using the creams this doctor had priscribed to use with this peel. Now my complexion looks even more blochy with light and dark dots all over. The manager said she couldn’t give me any more peels to fix this and I would have to invest more. Upon my disagreement with her, she said she’ll send my medical papers(which ever those are) to Mumbai office to her seniors for evaluation and see what she can do.
