Kaya Skin Clinic: The Cheater

I visited Kaya Skin Clinic** in city center, Salt lake, Kolkata in the month of January for treating skin pigmentation(simple white patches which could have been treated by medicine and dandruff shampoo).The doctor(Dr. Chanchal Bhar) told me I had to go for SRS pigment reduction.After that the staff there told that SRS pigment reduction comes in 6 sessions with total cost of 12, 650/-. I was assured very positively that it is going work like magic. I had to pay the whole money then and there to start the treatment.The magic really came after 3 session(each session took nearly 20mins, Rs 2100/- !!!) when my white patches started to spread all over my face.

The condition aggravated and i had to stop the treatment. The staffs told they cannot refund money instead they ask me to buy there useless product. I had to agree wih them as something was better than nothing. A simple sunscreen cost rs.700/- and face wash rs.550/-, toner- rs450/-.

Kaya looted me wholly.
