P it’s sad that a Kaya client had to reach u like this but after the worst experience I cud have not imagined in my life.
I had visited Kalaghoda Kaya Center 7 months back. After there repeated calls I had enrolled for laser treatment of 2 body parts and paid an amount of Rs. 33150 for pain free treatment consisting of 6 session for each body part.
However for 1 of my body parts I was given ENDIAC Treatment which is a cheaper treatment than pain free(difference is Rs. 6000 to 7000) The girl who was at the Center at the time of making the aishwaryasingh23ment has already left her Job.
Till date all my 4 sessions has been ENDIAC an with only 2 more left I was told by Kaya doctor that for that body part ENDIAC would only work as pain free will not have desidered results as the end of 6 session.
I was cheated by the Center people who took Rs. 6000 to 7000 additional from me. It’s all about the lies n fraudulent behaviour showed by the company.
To add to the incompetence today(7th Aug 2017) after 12 calls to HQ Andheri n 1.5 months(I had reached out to Kalaghoda, customer care & HQ Andheri)
my complain remains untouched as your company customer supervisor HUNG up the call in mid of the conversation(Jeniffer)
I had recommended Kaya to 1 of my frnds who is also a customer now but going forward I would never do that.
Would NOT Recommend any one.
This employees n co. has no ethics as today she said that its company policy and hung up the call.
