So, it was my marriage when I resorted to Kaya skin clinic for beauty facial in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I had heard a lot of good reviews about Kaya, so I thought to give it a shot for my big day.
Well to start with, they have a good office from the inside and the staff members are very cordial and hospitable. They will greet you with a "Kaya drink" too which is ok ok types.
So, I was initially impressed with the way they treat the customers.
But when it came to business, I was disappointed with the service they provide. I had booked a beauty facial worth 3k-4k as it was my marriage, so I didn’t want to take any chance and wanted the best service available.It involved cleaning, exfoliation and facial massage. However, to my disappointment the service was not at all worth a penny. It didn’t bring any change in my facial skin texture(no glow, no smoothness), it was worse than other cheap salons available in the market. Even a non branded salon gives a better facial treatment than Kaya.
So, I would not recommend Kaya skin clinic beauty facial to anyone. It’s not worth your time and money. Save your money guys.
