Very bad my skin got burn

My skin got burn in last settings n my lips n upper lips had a swallowing laos no body bother to respond in kaya after calling hundreds times in kaya also I ask fr refund they did nt gave me refund also did nt help me plz do not visit kaya nobody is helpful
