Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional staff.

They cancel appointments without any information.

it has happened with me thrice at shere-e-punjab branch-andheri east.

I took off from work for my appointment, n everytime the doctor was not available.

And next day they call to ask why didnt you come?

Dear Arunpreet, we tried connecting with you on 9833329719 but were not able to speak with you as the calls were not answered. We regret that your last experience with Kaya Clinic was less than satisfactory. Further, we understand that you would like to visit the Kaya Clinic in Andheri East Shere-Punjab for a consultation with the clinic doctor. At this clinic, our doctor is scheduled on Tuesdays between 2 pm – 7 pm and on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 3 pm – 8 pm. Presently we do not have a doctor at this clinic over the weekends.
