I HAVE BEEN USING KDK SOFTWARE FROM FEW YEARS BUT I HAVE OBSERVED THAT IN ALMOST LAST 2(TWO) YRS KDK SOFTWARE HAS BECOME MOST WORST SUPPORT SERVICE
THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES SPEAKS ARROGANTLY AND NO SENSE HOW TO SPEAK WITH CLIENT.
WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY DON-NOT EVEN BOTHER TO PICK CALL, MANY TIMES THEY KEEP CALL ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 15-20 MIN, AND DISCONNECT IT WITHOUT PROVIDING SOLUTION. EVEN THE DON`T RESPOND TO OUR MAIL .
TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IN SOFTWARE WE HAVE EVEN WAIT FOR ONE WEEK TOO.
