Before watching Kedarnath movie I was pretty much excited about the movie and I thought that this movie could be one of the best of this year. but I have to admit that I was disappointed very much with the movie. Mainly the direction of the movie was very faulty and the actors fail to make us feel that it was a natural story.
The direction of the movie has been done by Abhishek Kapoor. The movie is based on before 2013 Kedarnath natural calamity but the direction of the movie shows lot of incidence which convince us that the movie has a contemporary situation.
The actors of the movie Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan. Sushant Singh Rajput plays the character of Mansoor who is one of the careers who take people on Kedarnath. Sara Ali Khan plays the character of Hindu girl name Mandakini point the major problem with the character of Sara was that it was very predictable character of a young rebel girl who was to change the situation of Kedarnath because of lot of construction work which is going on in Kedarnath and disturbing the natural climate of the place. The story moves forward with the concept of love jihad where Sara kind of falls in love with Mansoor Doshi is engaged with another guy.
The another angle of the story is when natural calamity comes in Kedarnath and how the situation is carrot through and how Sushant saves Sarah from the calamity.
my review of the story is that I did not like this movie because the love story was very predictable and the characters of the movie did not look to justify their calibre. the story was very loose and it felt that the direct effect to three major social issues of 2013 or before and added them together.
