I am a long time Kellogg’s Special K eater. This cereal tastes great, is Healthy, and very effecting. Good thing is that after eating you’ll never feel like hungry or weak/ tired like other dieting plans. It completes your daily diet with full of energy. Whole day you feel so energetic and robust because it’s a super balanced diet. It does not affect your daily activities but solve it’s perpose as planned in a mannerful way.
Ofcourse it taste very good and available in many flavours but I prefer this one. So that I could always add some fruits to top of it:) Good Luck!
