This is an amazing corn food product that you can eat everyday without any hesitation and remain fit. But if you are wonderimg that you will be more fit than before then you are completely wrong. Staying fit depends on your dailu activities and your food habits. If you will eat this everyday but will continue eating junk food and dont even walk then you probably will not be any fitter.
Although this is delicious enough bt I prefer to eat some fruits with it chiku, raisins, cashew nuts, grapes, ripe papaya, etc.
