I wanted to lose weight and didnt know how. A friend suggested me kellogs k, and I had doubts about it, will it really work and all.
But I took the k challenge, I followed all the instructions as mentioned on the package. It was a strict diet but I didnt notice any change even after a monrh.
Then I thought everyones bofy if different, so maybe mine is taking much time, so I tried it fir another month. And again no positive results.
I dont know, why it didnt work on me.
You might try it as people have seen good results.
But I didnt have a good experience with it.
