Kellogs Muesli is misleading Trade Name

Kellogs is a Super brand world over...little did I realise that by buying a genuine Muesli from Kellogs would be in fact a super big fraud...Muesli in term is an European Breakfast cereal that is rolled oats, barley, cold rolled wheat and millet. added nutrition is ofcourse raisins of all types, nuts of all types and dried fruit ( high sugar content).

To my surprise when I opened the Kellogs Nutty Muesli, that was purchased from Hypercity Mumbai, it was so shocking with glossy description on the outside and tweaked calorie as well as nutrition chart, I was cheated into buying the product.

The actual contents was not muesli. but wheat flakes (broken), corn flakes (broken), few white rolled oats and believe you all the flakes above were malted ( sugary) and they seem to flaunt the nutrition chart is nothing but a fake one.

Please ask Kellogs to re-define the product or re-label the product as Kellogs BHEL...its exactly appears the same. The gullible Indian consumer, who is veritably new to these European Breakfast Cereals gladly accepts the products because of the Brand Value.

If a knowledgeable individual opens the pack of Kellogs Nutty Muesli, he would find the discarded and the virtual waste product of kellogs Wheat brans/flakes, etc that are broken and declared unfit for packaging is used rather smartly in glossy packaging and pushed down the Indian consumers throat. This practice tantamounts to cheating.

I would request the general public to abstain from getting cheated by these so called Super Brands and remain cheated of your puchase.

It would need lot of time and effort to prove what Kellogs terms as Muesli, but someday I would ensure that these practices are not allowed in this country
